Less than 5 minutes walk from Hyde Park, these modern, renovated High Street Apartments in stylish Kensington come with a fully equipped, modern kitchen and comfortable living space.

All apartments feature a spacious lounge area with a TV, DVD player, large windows and sofa, while some also offer views of fashionable Kensington.

All of the modern kitchens at High Street Apartments are fully equipped with a microwave, electric hob and fridge/freezer. Kitchens also feature an electric kettle and kitchenware.

High Street Apartments also benefit from a laundry room. The Royal Albert Hall is less than 10 minutes walk away, while the High Street Kensington Underground Station is a 10-minute walk away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform KENSINGTON COMFORT in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to call the apartments at least 1 hour prior arrival at the apartments to ensure prompt check-in. Please note that check in is possible until 22:00.

Late arrival needs to be prearranged. An additional charge of GBP 20 will apply for arrivals between 22:00 and 00:00, an additional GBP 20 each hour will be charged afterwards.

Guests are required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times whilst occupying the apartment and to be considerate and courteous to all the neighbours. In case of non-social behaviour or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress.

The property reserves the right to make copy / take image of documents at check in for security records. All guests will be required to produce a valid booking confirmation voucher as well as the original card used for payment and a valid photo ID upon arrival.

The photographs of the apartments are for illustrative purposes only. Please note that parties are not permitted in the apartments and penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule.

Please note that property does not have a lift, apartments are accessible by stairs only.

All children under 2 years of age stay free of charge and childrens cots/cribs are subjected to availability.
