The upgraded me to a suite I loved the walk over for breakfast in the morning quintessential London

Position was great to walk to most tourist attractions or bus or underground Covent Gardens market behind hotel Also very close to West End Theatres

Breakfast service was just satisfactory Tables need to be cleared whilst you are still sitting there and getting more to eat as the tables are small and have no extra room for finished dishes

I liked the location it was walking distance or a short Taxi ride to everything we wanted to see in London

The smell fragrance when you walked in every day was awful the lifts were not all working and were being worked on and slow The room was tiny and the construction scaffolding banging outside my room off putting The food in the restaurant was the worste we had in all of the UK And no ice makers on any floor but the first w broken lifts made ice hard to get each day Charging for the ice and having a machine that only would take OLD coins non of which I had made it impossible to get any

Bad internet wifi connection The documents and the magazines in room was dirty Bad room service food The restaurant in hotel was fullbooked during our stay so for 5 nights our dinner was out of hotel

Location was the best thing about the place They also had relatively ok wifi

My room was hardly bigger than a shoebox For GBP 100 night My feet were hanging off the bed and im not particularly tall 170 cm My room was made out of the way towards the backyard hence the shoebox had 2 doors My room was above the kitchen so i woke up for the smell of eggs and fried bacon i did not like it at all You get much more for value if u add 20 pounds and get a different place

Very very good location so convenient to the monuments But the area has many homeless around quite smelty The bed is quite small for two people The breakfast is so great typical English breakfast and many choices included

Its right off the La Rambla street Its at a perfect location if you are stretched on time as most things are in 5 to 10 min walking distance
