Location is great big car park opposite and near underground and DLR lots of places to eat and drink nearby Staff friendly everywhere clean and lovely rooms

I always love staying at the Marriott WIQ especially if we get a good deal and can afford a club room The staff are perfect and I have never had anything to complain about

Beds very comfortable as was room

Check in was around 15 14 somewhat unacceptable given terms and conditions Abrupt and insensitive if not downright rude security staff Complained to Reception about extremely off hand attitude of staff shocking behaviour to guest on return to hotel Saturday evening

Hotel undergoing refurbishment noise started at 7 30am everyday My room hadn t been refurbished yet and so was dated and tired although still clean and comfortable Obscene price for Wi Fi considering the price of the room should be included at a 5 hotel

Great location near from the Duomo shopping area Teatro alla Scala and the train station from to airport Excellent apartment comfortable bed sofa and kitchen facilities great bathroom Very good quality breakfast

This is not a hotel in the true sense of the word but apartments with one person at the reception
