Wi Fi is charged which is weird in this digital era The hotel has a business center room where you can use a computer and printer but the hotel does not have a standard for its application One day we used the computer there for free the other day the officer there wanted to charge us but we explained our reason it was for an address check in Google Maps so they allowed us free usage This is the first time I see a hotel where the business center is not free for hotel customers

i paid 1 163 61 instead of 1 107 61 which booking com sent me I paid 56 more than i booked he asked me whether i want to pay in dollars or euros i said dollars that s what happened I don t understand why they charged more this kind of things never happened to me before I usually pay hotel charges before i got there this is a bad idea I feel bad

Staff is very friendly and takes steps to resolve the issues Special mention of the Front Desk staff Elena as she takes care of the guests very well

I had a bad night due to the leakage in the hotel AC and entire entrance of my room had water and I had to use the bucket to limit water spreading in my room over the night This was a bad experience since I couldn t sleep Hotel did offer me for free lunch and dinner with including guest

Ambience rooms very comfortable with lovely bathrooms

Having to wait 10 15 minutes to go in for breakfast when we went in there were lots of empty laid up tables We were a 4 but would have been happy to sit at 2 x 2 tables had this been offered we went to breakfast at 9 30 am

great location professional staff and management very clean quite and spacious room best choice in London in the middle of every where

the hotel is exactly as it is in the photos Its a truly fabulous place and wouldn t think twice of not going there again

the room we stayed in was a bit small and the 5 steps up into it were a bit unexpected the shower could do with a bit bigger shower screen curtain as the loo and floor got soaked while in it

The staff were very good Thank you to Fred for driving us and to the maitre De for the restaurant recommendations We went to Le Metciere and was a great tip Thanks Rooms were lovely as was the spa Breakfast was great
