We also have our small Garden Cottage which has its own decking area and boasts great value. Set amongst lovely gardens, Annie Roes Luxury B&B offers free Wi-Fi in all areas and free in room breakfast. All accommodation features a patio or a balcony with garden views. Annie Roes Bed and Breakfast is a 10-minute walk from Golden Ray Liliums and a 15-minute walk from the National Rhododendron Gardens. Monbulk Winery is a 15-minute drive away and Melbourne is a 1-hour drive.

All air-conditioned accommodation features a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. It offers a BBQ, microwave, fridge and a toaster. Some rooms have a fully equipped kitchen.
