Annie Roes is one of the few B&Bs set high on the Dandenong Ranges with views of the city lights/skyline from both the Penthouse Apartment and City View Cottage.

We also have our small Garden Cottage which has its own decking area and boasts great value. Set amongst lovely gardens, Annie Roes Luxury B&B offers free Wi-Fi in all areas and free in room breakfast. All accommodation features a patio or a balcony with garden views. Some rooms have a fireplace or a spa bath.

Annie Roes Bed and Breakfast is a 10-minute walk from Golden Ray Liliums and a 15-minute walk from the National Rhododendron Gardens. Monbulk Winery is a 15-minute drive away and Melbourne is a 1-hour drive.

All air-conditioned accommodation features a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. It offers a BBQ, microwave, fridge and a toaster. Some rooms have a fully equipped kitchen. The en-suite bathroom has fluffy bathrobes and free toiletries. Please note that Annie Roes Luxury B&B does not accept payments with American Express credit cards.
