Freshwater lagoons is 14 km from Serena Village. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. CHECK-IN SCHEDULE:

A prepayment security deposit for incidental charges via Bank Transfer or PayPal is required to secure your reservation.
The property will contact you after you book to provide any transfer instructions.
This deposit is fully refundable 3 days after check-out via Bank Transfer or PayPal, and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave the accommodation ahead of time, they will not be reimbursed for the nights not enjoyed.
In the event of an no show, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
