CHECK-OUT SCHEDULE: FROM 10.30 AM TO 11.00 AM - In case leaving Apartment before 11.00 AM: a charge of US$ 50 Extra for advanced Check-out. - In case leaving Apartment after 11.30 AM: a charge of US$ 50 Extra for Late Check-out. (Maximum 01.00 PM for + US$ 50 Extra)

A prepayment security deposit for incidental charges via Bank Transfer or PayPal is required to secure your reservation.

The property will contact you after you book to provide any transfer instructions.

This deposit is fully refundable 3 days after check-out via Bank Transfer or PayPal, and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

If the guest arrives and decides to leave the accommodation ahead of time, they will not be reimbursed for the nights not enjoyed.

In the event of an no show, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
