The one-bedroom apartment at Ficus 4 has a private terrace with views of the complex. There is a seating area with sofa and flat-screen TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and fridge.

The apartment also includes a washing machine and a dryer, as well as kitchenware, bed linen and towels. The private bathroom has a hairdryer.

There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the area. The centre of Lloret de Mar is 17 minutes on foot. Transportation to Girona-Costa Brava Airport, 31 km away, is offered at an extra cost.
