Located on a pedestrianised street in the residential area of Fanals, Ficus 4 has a communal outdoor pool and a garden with childrens playground. The beach is 800 metres away.

The one-bedroom apartment at Ficus 4 has a private terrace with views of the complex. There is a seating area with sofa and flat-screen TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and fridge.

The apartment also includes a washing machine and a dryer, as well as kitchenware, bed linen and towels. The private bathroom has a hairdryer.

There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the area. The centre of Lloret de Mar is 17 minutes on foot. Transportation to Girona-Costa Brava Airport, 31 km away, is offered at an extra cost. Please inform Ficus 4 in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 20:00 incurs a surcharge of EUR 30.
