A king-size bedroom and a twin room are complemented by a luxury bathroom with bath and electric shower. The lounge is furnished with solid oak furniture, and has a flat-screen TV with Blu-ray, DVD and CD player, as well as board games and local reference books.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, and has an attractive dining area and river views. There are also laundry facilities including a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.
St Andrews Cathedral and the Eden Court Theatre are a short walk away, across the river. The Inverness Museum and Art Gallery is also within 5 minutes of Ness View Apartment. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that 14 days prior to your arrival, you will receive access details and parking instructions from the property directly. There is no reception on site.

The accommodation is accessed via a flight of gently rising steps with supporting handrail. Prior to parking we suggest you drop off your luggage and, at the same time, pick up the parking permit, which allows you free parking.
Parking is available free of charge on the river bank.
