This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that 14 days prior to your arrival, you will receive access details and parking instructions from the property directly. There is no reception on site.

The accommodation is accessed via a flight of gently rising steps with supporting handrail. Prior to parking we suggest you drop off your luggage and, at the same time, pick up the parking permit, which allows you free parking.

Parking is available free of charge on the river bank.

Please note that a parking permit is available from the property and must be displayed on a vehicles dashboard. Failure to return the permit to the property on departure will incur an additional charge of GBP 50. Managed by a private host
