Starting December 14th, 2021, children ages 5-11 will be required to show proof they received at least one vaccinations dose to enter indoor restaurants and entertainment venues. One-time proof of full vaccinations can be provided in the form of physical immunization card, photo of immunization card, or a digital vaccine card (i.e., regional passes).
