Starting December 27, 2021 Equinox Hotels will be following local governments newly updated indoor vaccine regulations. Equinox Hotels will be requiring proof of full COVID-19 vaccination for all guests above the age of 12 years old.

Starting December 14th, 2021, children ages 5-11 will be required to show proof they received at least one vaccinations dose to enter indoor restaurants and entertainment venues. One-time proof of full vaccinations can be provided in the form of physical immunization card, photo of immunization card, or a digital vaccine card (i.e., regional passes).
