Dirty towels in room When I checked out the lady at reception didn t seem interested in my complaint I rang the hotel the next day to speak to a manager and was just fobbed off by another rude lady at reception The lady that I spoke to on the phone after I voiced my concerns said it s only a towel Will definitely not be staying again Poor hygiene standards and very poor customer service

Mini bar wasn t filled in for the 2 days we stayed at the hotel and noone turned on aircondition on so it was quite warm

Clean modern

It took between 10 15 minutes before anyone came to reception to serve us Room at front of hotel very noisy Could not sleep Moved to another room which was very cramped Difficult to move round the bed

Lovely staff hotel very clean good location for underground access

Didn t like the fact that the room did not have a window corridor access made it difficult to find the room There was a loud noise maybe the pipes when guests in rooms close by took a shower early morning

The 6 bed was lovely and comfy could have slept all day But had too much to see and do If we had more time I would have loved to use the swimming pool facility hopefully next time we hope to be back

The proximity to the tube station was great shopping options on the high street was also a bonus

Paid Breakfast was only for continental meal buffet and you have to pay some more for an English breakfast

Did not gave us two blankets though asked twice for it No water for a morning Weird smell in our windowless room
