The staff were all very friendly and helpful
wifi was good and great location one stop on the tube from kings cross and just a few away from all the main shopping areas and sights enjoyed the coffee machine
room wasnt as clean as would of liked and view from room was a closed in roof with vents on it bed was a bit hard

bed was really comfy clock at the side of bed
when we arrived the lady on the desk asked for my credit debit card I said yes here it but this wouldn t be charged would it yes she said I then said that my boss who was not with us was to pay with her card on our departure via the phone this system has changed and was no longer valid therefore a coleague had to pay on her card a bit embarasing got there in the end though she was very nice
