Managers are all kind and good served breakfast

the workers who work in the dining place are not that kind

We really loved this hotel It is 1 stop away from Amsterdam Centraal on the train 5 minute journey but it didn t bother us it is excellent value for money The rooms were lovely and very modern complete with door bell touch screen

We ordered room service which took 2 hours because of confusion with the room number but hey everyone makes mistakes 75 euros deposit per day for use of the minibar

Bed was comfortable and room was always clean

The breakfast was pleasant

The room I had paid for not available got a smaller room with a queen size bed apparently Couldn t walk past the bed with out hitting the wall Bed so tiny my partners feet hung off the edge Mini bar switched off and stank like rotten egg Light bulb out in bathroom Cracked tiles in bathroom

The staff were extremely helpful and quick to correct an oversight The spa facilities were excellent

Only one biscuit and two small pots of milk for two people Not really adequate But more supplies provided on request

Impressed by the comfortable room large shower and bath Clean and modern hotel Short walk to metro beach and local bars cafe and shops

A little noisy as a club is next door But otherwise very quiet during the week
