Used coffee cups were placed back into position for further use with old coffee still in them

The car park is too expensive

it was exceptional from pre arrival advice to closing the taxi door The club lounge was aparticularily pleasant addition to the experience

Beds were very comfortable staff very friendly

When we arrived we paid 370 cash for our 2 night stay Then I was asked for my bank card and they took another 370 off the card after I already paid in cash This was very disappointing as I was limited with money in Amsterdam I didn t get the money back on my card till nearly a week later

Very expensive

Breakfast was amazing staff friendly and very helpful like Amazing view from the roomain Good location

The walls could be thicker No sound proofing I woke up once in the middle of the night because the room next to me had the TV volume up

Almost everything Although it was not in the central location but frequent direct connections from Station Zuid to Den Haag or the Airport was very helpful and the connections to the city centre and the sightseeing attractions were also very good
