very nice hotel and the view is nice as well although parking the car is a bit strange but the staff are very helpful in this regards

some of the front desk gentlemen just did there job as they should but to smile is a kind of luxury matter for them in general they are all fine rooms are not that spacious lights electronics switch is so funny but you will get used to

It took 3 days and a request every day to open my minibar although I left a credit card at reception I found the Reception staff not very friendly and the bar staff slow to ask for orders I eventually kept going to the bar myself I m not sure I would recommend it other than for location

The air extractor in the Bathroom ran all night I couldn t sleep past 06 00 The shower fittings fell apart When we reported this at check out we felt no one really cared We too had an overlong wait for breakfast

Can only comment on the room as this was the only part of the hotel we used The rooms were clean and tidy and as we were at the back of the hotel and on the top floor 4th the room was quiet on a night which was great

I like the fact that it was near the park It was so peaceful and beautiful there

I didn t like the fact that the bathroom was right next to the bed

Paul our front desk concierge was wonderful Our original room was terrible cramped no closet space and the room was aged Paul came to our rescue and moved us to an executive suite the very next day He was cheerful helpful and there for all of our needs a wonderful employee Great location but buffet while good was to expensive

Rooms are showing their age Carpet needs to be replaced in rooms Entry into hotel room needs better cleaning

Upgraded to a really funky room friendly staff
