Staff very helpful and interested in getting to know you

Rooms were noisy and did not provide a full blackout

We were made welcome from the moment that we arrived The staff were extremely friendly and could not have done more to help us from start to finish We stayed Good Friday and Saturday night and saw Collabro at the Royal Albert Hall which was literally right around the corner less than 2 minutes walk The Bar after the show was great with food being served until very late

Amazing location beautiful rooms unique property and most pleasant and helpful girls at the reception Very special experience

The rooms were not bog standard hotel but full of old fashioned charm matched by high quality fittings Food quality excellent and reasonable value for London Staff were helpful and did their best with limited language skills in some cases

We ordered and had confirmed a twin bedded room but instead had a good double bed and an uncomfortable pull out sofa which was a disappointment because it meant one of us had a poor night s sleep in an otherwise perfect room
