The bed is large and comfortable and the room is tidy and clean

Noisy room that cannot sleep well and very small space The cleaner has mistakenly taken my own face towel to laundry so I lost my towel and there is no compensation for it

Very well located cery clean rooms breakfast was excellent

Staff were incredibly accommodating Gave good information Location was by a tram station

Room was too hot and we had to move to another room

Amazing place to stay easy to find just 5 min by train from Amsterdam Centraal station main railway station Amazing design inside of the hotel The room was very clean good shower quite place the bed was very comfortable The staff is friendly and ready to help you Free coffee and tea anytime you want

I did not like the food and drinks in the automat inside of the hotel only cola and unhealthy snacks Would be good to have some orange or apple juice and some more food

Staff are very helpful and friendly I was able to check in over an hour early Check out is at 12 so plenty of time for a lie in
