Hairdryer didn t work was a bit dangerous Breakfast buffet was one of the least impressive I ve seen

all staff were particularly friendly and welcoming especially reception staff

Restaurant staff were great as was the food which was first class

Rooms are a little cosy for our liking but well furnished ok if all you need is to put your head down

Got charged 98 for a few drinks in the bar very expensive even for London

The bed was so comfortable and the decor was beautiful

Convenient location just off Regent Street in walking distance of Picadilly circus

Room and bathroom were shabby looked nothing like what is advertised Stale unpleasant odour in room Loud music noise from the street until 4am despite requesting a quiet room

Great location and a unique design style Staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely

Had to wait an hour for the room to be ready not ready until 3pm which was difficult with young kids who had just travelled 3 hours in a car

Bed was lovely D cor fab Staff friendly polite and relaxed Checked us in early with no fuss or hesitation Hot tub on roof

Shower fitting hard to use and bath and sink took an age to drain TV remote nightmare to use behind glass had to get out of bed to get closer to change channel No water coffee making facility in rooms
