Very friendly helpful staff great location for the tube and places to eat really close just right for our short London stay The web provides all the pictures so you can see what your getting and know where to go

Clean comfortable room

Noisy cleaners waking us up early keycard system in the lift is not user friendly

Situation was excellent right opposite Kensington Palace Gardens and Hyde Park The room was comfortable and clean

No hot water on the morning we left even though I had asked at reception twice and was assured it was ok I think I know when water is hot or cold The lift wasn t working we were on on the 4th floor The walk didn t bother us but anyone with large cases of disabled this was a no go

Slightly on the outskirts although underground station is 2 minutes away

The location was great right next to Hyde park and the tour hop on hop off buses were round the front of the hotel so that was excellent The huge bed however was too hard and could do with a topper The breakfast choice was very good and the staff very pleasant and helpful

We booked for 2 adults and 2 children and we were give a double and just one single bed

Best shower I ve experienced in a hotel and very good breakfast as much as you could eat

The rooms are small but adequate
