Only a 5min walk to the centre with everything nearby The hotels breakfast was an excellent buffet and they will cook you eggs if you want them The staff were so helpful and told us about the best places and ways to travel on the public transport system They also sell tickets to a lot of the main attractions at the hotel at the normal prices which makes planning your trips out so much easier The city sightseeing buses have a stop right outside the hotel and the hop on hop off bus is a great way to get to the attractions I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and will be back again
As mentioned by others the air con in the room is rather noisy but also essential it was 29degrees when we were there The shower was an over the bath type no problem but needed a new hose as the outer layer on it was broken near the top so the shower head kept drooping downwards While using the shower the temperature kept changing and nearly got scolded on one occasion Needs a hook put back on the bathroom door
The lounge was very comfortable the staff extremely friendly and helpful The air conditioning was not working and no questions asked they moved us to a super room on the 3rd floor brilliant and so very clean
The staff went above and beyond and I will be recommending one staff member in particular to the hotel directly

this hotel shouldn t have 4 star with 8 7 ranking We were in this hotel for 4 night one they in the morning I signed for clear room and asked reception at 8 Am for cleaning room but in the 16 when I came back they did not clean it and I asked to clean after 18 and they said we quit after 18 another day I signed Do not disturb and when I came back an electric technician was in my room and worked on lamp breakfast quality was very low and I payed 14 Euro for each day two times I asked for bottle of water and reception told me we are busy now I asked for an extra blanket and I received dirty blanket

The Room was clean and comfortable The Air Con ran quietly Loved the walk in shower and the large Bathroom mirror has a heating element to stop it misting up when showering
Breakfast was very good but a little pricey at almost 15 a pop against a lot of local competition
