Hotel Milan

Freezing cold in the room and A C is not warming up Have to wear clothes to sleep on a very uncomfortable mattress Wifi connection is not available in the room only in the lobby Location is good though 20 minutes walking to the Duomo and shopping area

Good location great breakfast

Poor wi fi

The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety The restaurant offered very tasty meals and there were a good choice of wines

Some staff were extra friendly but others on reception could have been more helpful

We had a junior suite for 2 adults and 2 children room 502 and it was really nice Beautiful and modern and clean Large bathroom and cute little terrace as well The breakfast buffet was small but of good quality especially for the price 18 euros The location is good for many of the upscale shops it s just a street over from that area On the tail end of our trip we stayed at a different hotel right next to the Duomo and I think I probably preferred that location but this hotel is so lovely

Breakfast was great food at the restaurant also good facilities good enough

Location is a bit far from city center air conditioning was not the best and also pillows not comfortable

Rooms are new large and comfortable Hotel is in a large area hotel in general and lobby is well decorated Parking area is not free but very easy to access barrier free to the hotel Wifi was free and good

Location is too far you need a car to access the center Breakfast and the room was not very good organized although was also included in price I would expect coffee tea in the room for a 4 star hotel

excellent Winsdorf staff We were late with check out and breakfast but receptionist were very kind and offered us a croissants and coffee for free that was really nice Rooms are clean and bed comfortable

the noise from the street tram and noise from the other rooms also they start cleaning very early and you just simply cant sleep any longer

This hotel was perfect From the friendly staff to the amazing decor around the hotel The room was very well presented and the whole hotel looked and felt very clean The gym was a bit small but sufficient The pool and sauna were good Wifi connection was good throughout the whole hotel I was a bit concerned about the location of the hotel prior to my trip but getting into the centre of Milan was very easy Just a short 5 minute walk to the Villapizonne station and 3 or 4 stops later you re in the centre I was extremely impressed by this hotel Highly recommended

Mara was exceptional Once we arrived to the hotel she provided us with more than enough information to explore Milan So grateful for her willingness to help and her kindness

Staff were friendly and professional Hotel was stylish and clean Short walk to centre of Milan Lovely breakfast especially when taken outside on the patio
