Quiet garden at the back Location in pefestrian area of Navigli is superb

Wifi poor and need to change code everyday AAABSOLUTELY NOT ACCELT AIR CONDITIONING you dont control it tbey do The on off switch is disconnected you cannot even put it off The temperature switch is just the same If you need to changeor switch off you NEED TO CALL RECEPTION HOW CRAZY IS THAT tipical italian control freaks

No noise room are nice and clean

The receptioms are so helpfull

The bed was very comfortable

The bed was two single beds pushed together when a a double bed with a single large duvet was expected

The suite was awesome It is quirky and spacious with the biggest jacuzzi inside a hotel room that I have ever been in I am 6 5 and both my wife and I could fit in the tub together without touching each other The bed was comfortable and I liked the fact that it is a little outside all the city traffic about a 15min walk into town It felt like our own private little heaven Simply wonderful

The restaurant service was inattentive though the food was pretty good

Although public transportaiton and bicycles are available a little farther from the city center

Friendly staff stylish hotel quiet position with excellent sound proofing good breakfast

Hotel tried to fob us off with a 1st floor room that was a converted conference room and only had a partition for a wall with no sound proofing between it and the next room It was changed after we complained Food was good but evening meal service was appalling with us having to flag down a waiter for EVERY step of the meal even though the restaurant was only half full

Welcome drinks wereva nice touch

Lovely welcome as we entered the hotel Requested the same room number as on our last visit which was great Couldn t fault anything more than you would expect from a 4 star Thankyou Armister see you again next week Along with Pepper my African Grey Xxx
