The hotel was good and staff was polite But the location was average There was no shop around and hard to find food outside after 8pm You have to stick hotel made food

Our upgraded room on the 19th floor had a spectacular view of the harbor and city We have stayed here before so expected superb room amenities and were not disappointed

I stayed 7 nights in a twin classic room It was very convenient with all needed stuff for a business traveler All staff including receptionist concierge waiters and shuttles drivers were super friendly and helpful Hotel is only 10 minutes by walk to central station and tram 26 s stop is a cross the road
