The Pier

The hotel is located centrally just across the road from the beach and Eastbourne Pier, and close to restaurants, bars and cafes.

Rooms at the Pier Hotel feature TVs, tea/coffee-making facilities and ironing equipment. They include bathrooms with hairdryers.

Guests can relax on the terrace, which overlooks Eastbourne Promenade, the Pier and Bandstand.

Eastbourne Train Station and Eastbournes Arndale Centre are both less than a 10-minute walk away.

We have live music in the Emerald Bar every Friday and Saturday from 8.30 PM until 11.30 PM. Please inform The Pier Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, some rooms are not big enough to accommodate an extra bed.

Late check-outs can be arranged at a small additional cost.

All parking is on the road (restrictions from May to September). There pay-and-display parking facilities available nearby at an additional cost.

The sea front can be a little lively on Saturday night up until about midnight, if noise is an issue we would advise you to book an inland room on Saturday night.
