Refrigirator in the room not working no drawer to put underwear and others Personally we found the price of 867 93 to expensive for 3 nights Bathroom very small Walking distance to far from the Tube 1 km
The Property was conveniently located for the museums the Albert Hall Kensington Park and was a very manageable stroll to the Chelsea Flower Show The Restaurant was superb The Staff were all very friendly without exception and couldn t have been more helpful and obliging
It is a shame that there are no parking facilities but hey it is London
The concierge was very helpful almost seemed to be running reception We were struggling to book a pre theatre meal at the hotel and he offered to assist if we could not get one Also got us a cab he does not use uber but traditional black cabs fab service
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room Had an after show coffee in the bar 5 for an average latte with no biscuit We felt that even for central London this was pushing it a bit
Luxurious feel very comfortable bed and pillows location nice robes and minibar
Staff are very friendly and the hotel is a hidden gem in the thriving district
Noise from the corridor in the morning is quite disturbing But this just happened once
The staff are all very nice friendly and ready to help Breakfast lunch dinner they serve in the restaurant are superb The location is great

Lack of drawer space in the bedroom For one night it did not matter but for a longer stay would not want to keep non hangables in my suitcase
