Nice notel in a great location The executive room is big the hotel staff is very helpful and kind I didn t like that the sheets and towels weren t changed every day pretty disappointing for a 5 hotel

location is good and rooms are species and perfect

we took 2 rooms different floors and theres strange smell in the corridors Noisy noisy place because of the constructions outside the hotel 3 when i reached the room there was no water from 11 untel 5am

Was a nice hotel with friendly staff The floor manager was appreciative of my room dilemma but I was still left having to ask 3 times if someone was actually helping me

There was no twin room prepared on arrival though specifically requested and confirmed as I was travelling with my 85yr old mother Was told I could only change from our very small double bedroom if one was available Breakfast was 20 regardless of individual requirements or people wanting a light start to the day Ordering a taxi is very inefficient as they don t pass on any details to either party so you stand around second guessing the queue

The location was hard to fine but easy access to everything The staff was ok

The room smelled damp or like it had been smoked in The bed wasn t comfortable and even though I put the do not disturb sign on the door they came in anyway They never restocked the mini bar The hotel staff wasn t very friendly even though it is not inexpensive to stay there They didn t even ask how my stay was when I departed

nice location in the central of Vienna

un comfortable pillows they take 7 euro for each room service order I ordered ice teay told me they ll charge 7 euro 7 7

Valet Parking was expensive compared to other hotels in Vienna centre Got a room under the roof in the attic with a very small window and no view

Lovely restaurant delicious food but as we were staying for 4 nights would have appreciated a wider choice on the dinner menu

The rooms were a bit lacking on the design taste side very nice but just a notch below others the value for money makes up though Strongly recommended

food was great and the location was perfect Walking distance to the Spanish Riding School museums etc
