The family-friendly city hotel is located in the heart of Tiberias, on the main street. It offers very easy access to the public transport network, with a bus stop just 20 metres from the hotel and the bus station 1.4 km away. The air-conditioned hotel was renovated in 2008 but it kept the vintage style lobby with golden colour tones, marble surfaces, flower pots and tavern signs. The 100 rooms are simply decorated yet spacious, cosy and clean with modern amenities. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and lift access, while further facilities include a bar, dining room, conference facilities, Internet access and a car park. Room service and a laundry service are offered for additional fees.

The guest rooms are spacious, cosy and clean, with traditional and simple decor. They feature modern amenities and have views of Kinneret Lake. Each room features an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub as well as a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a mini fridge, washing machine, ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.

A full Israeli breakfast buffet is served in the dining rooms. Dinner and lunch are also served in buffet style.
