The Ashburton House offers fantastic bed and breakfast accommodation in a perfect location in the beautiful coastal resort of Scarborough.

Our Boutique seaside B&B strives to create a quirky and distinctive feel by mixing the traditional features of a seaside resort within our beautiful Victorian Guest House.

Each of our eight guest rooms are unique and have been individually styled, in recent years the whole property has undergone a full refurbishment.

All room have their own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, all equipped with large flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi & complementary tea/coffee making facilities.

We offer a generous & varied breakfast menu and the property has its own off street car-park. Please inform Ashburton House - B&B in advance of your expected arrival time. The Ashburton House B & B does not accept large single sex parties without prior notice, please email for further information.
