Very friendly and helpful staff

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean The hotel was in a very good location making it easy to get around in London

The reception staff were fantastic and welcoming excellent service with a smile The rooms were small but well designed and very comfortable Very pleasant hotel to stay I would recommend this to my friends

The restaurant staff could have looked more approachable and welcoming The parking facility well there is none very disappointing and extortionatley highly priced

Location was good and parking was cheap and easily accessible

Staff were not particularly helpful during busy periods and the overall cost did not reflect the standard of room or service

Location brilliant across road from Tube and train and right under the Shard Rooms decent size and best of all every single member of staff was very friendly and went out of their way to offer help No noise from the traffic etc

Don t be put off by the buffet Breakfast offered at 17 ahead the Hotel bar does food and a breakfast menu is available at a far more reasonable price pancakes and fresh fruit at 8 for example The thought of 68 on 4 breakfasts was giving me second thoughts on booking

Staff were very friendly and accommodating of my two youngsters lovely room with great views of the gherkin swimming pool available for kids all day Saturday and Sunday which is a great facility after a busy day s sightseeing

Breakfast is expensive go to Wetherspoons next door

The bed was extremely creeky Everytime one of us would move during the night the noise would wake the other one up I believe it was a foldable bed which is not good for a 5 room

The location is very good for the work we carry out at Stratford market depot Tubelines

We wanted to stay long term each week for about 1 year but the hotel would not do a deal etc
