The rooms could be more sound secure Lots of noise from neighbouring rooms

Clean rooms good breakfast spread Well connected to the transport system Staff helpful

Limited tea coffee in the room Telephone did not work for the first two days Parking expensive for the location Not much happening in the area

By far the best hotel I lived throughout my Europe trip Staff are FANTASTIC and helpful friendly manner and make you felt home room was spacious and clean bed was comfortable

Breakfast 20 is too expensive given that the varieties were limited for breakfast option

The room is spacious and bright The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful park

Cleaner did not change our sheet and duvet everyday but just made bed They also didn t clean the floor and changed the body gel when we run out of it

The room was beautiful and staff were extremely helpful

The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was amazing the bed was really big and so comfy

The only complaint we had was the iron in the room was not a steam iron and it was travel size which did not work particularly well

I likted a staff they was nice to change our room becouse it was not nice looking room in net pic room looked better and there is no gym no sauna like it is written in net

There was a little construction at the time but we were compensated with a free drink and room well away from the work
