Charming small hotel beautifully decorated with helpful staff in a lovely area

I booked and paid for a superior room but I had a classic room They did not mention anything to me

The whole hotel experience was amazing best hotel we ve ever stayed in and we ve stayed in some lovely ones Chic glamorous and amazing attention to detail from a lovely email offering us to drop our bags off early and they d have our room ready as early as possible The bathroom sound system and mood lighting in the bathroom has the wow factor The bed was unbelievable and the staff were so warm and welcoming they couldn t do ebough for you The cleanliness was second to non Amazing value for money made our stay in Paris so special would highly highly recommend to anyone I would also 100 stay here again Amazing experience Loveliest hotel I ve ever stayed in

A beautifully designed hotel in an excellent location The staff was very friendly and helpful the breakfast was of very good quality there is a good restaurant in the hotel and there is a SPA which I didn t use The bed was big and comfortable The hotel is situated on a quiet street between Saint Germain des Pr s and the Seine Mus e d Orsay and Mus e du Louvre are a short walk away

The room could be a bit more spacious given the price A full body mirror is on the closet door with dim lighting The water tap in the bath is very stylish but not so comfortable to use

Excellent location comfortable beds and we had a room with a lovely balcony that had an amazing view of the rooftops of Paris They also provided a comfortable cot for our baby We will definitely consider this hotel again on the next trip

This is not a five star hotel Staff was not service minded and the English level was not very good

Charming hotel with Belle Epoque feel on a quiet street with easy access to two Metro lines

Getting temp right on the shower was a little hard to figure out

The worst attitude towards me by the reception staff I have ever experienced in my life Extremely rude and unhelpful Unfortunately I dont know the names The worst breakfast I have ever eaten Extremely old and small rooms it is an overall problem of Paris but not in 4 star hotel In the night the whole lightening stopped working in the room had to call for technical guy In the bathroom the door of the shower was broken and barely closing Overall very bad impression from the hotel which looks so representative outside Will never recommend it to somebody Extremely dissapointed

Service minded staff Great indoor swimming pool Comfortable bed Coffee tea and bottled water free of charge in the room

The price of the breakfast a la carte but on the other hand it was very tasty
