Room small bed small and un clean

Comfort and convenience

we paid to stay thibk the pool and gym should of come in with that price not had to pay extra

The only comment I have to say that the beds need up grading to soft one and not rock hard uncomfortable

Comfortable room and bed Spotlessly clean

Bad parking facilities car park was full and I had a long walk to and from the West India Dock car park Heavy buzz from the air conditioning Room had no window Dated decor

Was lovely room also local to restaurants and theatre Staff were extremely helpful and overall was pleasant stay

The location view and concierge

There was a fly in my pasta One staff at the hotel was rude and even wanted to charge us 5 for asking to have a cover to carry our food to our room We later spotted a mouse running round the waiting area The salmon pasta smelt foul The room took ages to clean and we had to ask for sheets to change it ourselves The heater in the room does not work Just hated the whole experience in this hotel

The staff were the best part very friendly and inviting

We were swapped to their partner hotel which was much further from the tube station But got complimentary breakfast
