Located in the Kensington area close to many restaurants and tube Lovely small boutique hotel Breakfast was excellent and ample Staff professional and helpful This property had the Handy smartphone for guests to use during stay instead of your own no cost Will stay again when visiting London

Restoration of building across street created noise and activity during day Rooms are small

The breakfast was disorganised chaos a lot of food was under cooked or not available our table was cleared whilst we waited for food on the first day Our table was used as a dumping ground for pots by a waitress who was clearing another table and when we complained to one of the waitresses it was met by a shrug of the shoulders and raised hands to indicate what could she do about it

amazing location amazing hotel for such a low price we couldn t believe it we were more than happy about this great hotel that was in a great neighbourhood and so close to city center and London east brick lane shoreditch co

I loved the staff for helping me get an upgrade to a higher floor The spiral staircase was a nice little touch the view and balcony were amazing The room size was excellent and perfectly decorated

Well I have to say a little disappointed with a double bed such a stunning room I would have expected at least a king size bed I am 6 4 and I did like the fact my chest got a good wash in the shower had to kneel to wash my hair And I know this maybe picking but guys guys guys Such beautiful effort to the rom please please please Single ply toilet roll It was a bit of a letdown

the staff were generally helpful and polite the pizza restaurant was pleasant and reasonably priced

I had to have my room moved as it was so noisy from trains no free wi fi except in lobby charged for swimming pool leisure which was very old tired etc and I didn t feel confident about health risk of sauna or tub as a result

Staff very approachable breakfast was ok but the room was very small as they obviously don t get many having the breakfast Chocolates fruit and wine in room on arrival was a lovely surprise

The 109 room was a small size for 3 of us but we fitted in the outside air conditioning unit was annoying with noise all night heard water from room above through pipes and it sounded like elephants above when staff cleaning
