The bar on the top level was excellent

Room and club lounge decor is dated and old fashioned

The h tel was under renovation and we were badly informed of where to go to enter the hotel Too many hall ways and security to pass through

Location was great Would be nice to have tea and coffee available in room rather than using room service

Very comfy bed and we were upgraded as it was our wedding anniversary Staff left a lovely cake and bottle of bubbles in our room which was a lovely surprise

Minimum spend required if sitting in the outside area at your bar even though we were hotel guests

Excellent view of Eiffel Tower

I requested for a room with Eiffel Tower but first they gave me a room without the view so I had to change the room once When I went to my new room there were clipped nails around the table which were quite disgusting

I really love the service the hotel provides I left my jacket in the room when I checked out and I m still on holiday therefore the hotel keep the jacket for me and will send it to me when I go back home It is really a great help for me I m really grateful and happy cause I do not need to buy a new one Very good and thoughtful service
