Good efficient and friendly staff Good food comfy beds

No sleep as the noise from plumbing gurgling and knocking pipes

The staff here were fantastic especially Trevor who went out of his way to make the stay so enjoyable

Staff very friendly and helpful Magdalena Trevor Thomas and Francesca All went out of the way to serve Towels and linens very clean and the room was made up nicely everyday But the bed was too soft and the furnishings were too ancient

Staff a bit cold esp the breakfast chiffon Very cramped room but that s what you get in London nowadays if you don t want to pay through the roof

Building was covered in scaffolding which we were not informed of before arrival No discount was offered for lack of privacy views Rooms old tired bed very uncomfortable Breakfast food good but overpriced so not value for money

Upgraded upon arrival Concierge was fantastic Enjoyed the set lunch menu at the restaurant 2 courses for 25gbp

Room service menu albeit 24 hours was a bit paltry in its offerings
