Breakfast was excellent Service staff where most helpfull

I don t think the bed linen was changed for our arrival

We were given a room with a breathtaking view of the Imperial complex

Breakfast was expensive

Shower water was aweful It goes hot and cold every 10 seconds

No one to bring our luggages to room and we did it by ourself

The cleanliness was very impressive one of the best hotels ive been for Cleanliness Thats my 1st priority Im very happy that i choose your hotel

I liked everything but just one tip all members of the staff should learn english

The family room was a great size and the staff were friendly and helpful Our room was ready on arrival and on departure leaving our bags in the hold room while we went off to enjoy the last few hours was very quick and simple Location wise it was perfect for our trip as the beach is just over the road and the walk into the city centre is lovely along the sea front and marinas

We didn t have breakfast as it seemed over priced for a buffet at 15 euro each we instead went round the corner to the Garden Caffe which I cannot recommend enough

Sink and bath tub are clogged they couldnt fix the problem

24 hour reception friendly and accomodating staff very clean rooms very safe area and only 300m walk to beach

Excellent position only 5 minute walk from the beach and 30 minute walk from the gothic part of the city Good value for money had a lovely evening meal all staff encountered were friendly and extremely helpful
