THE AMBIENCE WAS GOOD CLEANLINESS AND HOUSEKEEPING EXCELLANT RESTAURANT FOOD AND SERVICE WAS EXCELLANT AND BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS SUMPTUOS THOUGH EGGS COULD BE SERVED AS PER CHOICE

RECEPTION STAFF NOT TO ACCOMODATIVE MAYBE TOO BUSY AND TOO FEW BUT THE CONCIERGE MADE UP FOR IT

Internet extremely poor Not expected Toilets as well not appropiate Really old ones

Location just across the street from the Central Station busses to all airports and in two steps from metro Great choice of food at breakfast and dinner being included in the room price all yammy Modern design and comfort of the bathroom with full set of toiletries not always a case even in 5 stars beautiful view from ceiling to floor windows

Hotel staff is not properly trained we had to remind about a safe to be unlocked after being promised that it would be done right away but waiting in vain the same story happened when we asked for a bottle opener they just keep forgetting about guests requests Another annoying factor was that our room was too hot and we were not able to bring the temperature down with air conditioning whilst windows could not be opened Because of heat and stuffiness we were not able to sleep well

My boss Laste Zafirovski organize the business trip in this Hotel for 8 persons plus 6 persons but unfortunately The Hotel after first night with out reason take out his suitcases and they must book twice Here are his words In my 20years of traveling in my business trips first time in some Hotel to take out the suitcases from the room and two night to sleep out I pay twice for same room Very Disappointed and negative for my business trip Laste Zafirovski and Filipov Pirin

Location is ok

Aircondition not working in most rooms Female Receptionests are very rude unlike male respecianists Hotel in general are unmaintained and mostly broken

The hotel room was beautiful clean and had a lovely king size bed Very clean and finished well The staff were friendly and helpful It was a 25 minute walk to the Duomo main square so was a great location for us The hotel does have parking as well

Unfortunately the parking was 25 euros for an overnight stay which I thought was a bit steep It was also a little confusing as we had to drive to a separate car park across the road which is affiliated with the hotel and leave the car keys with the guys there this wasn t explained and we didn t feel terribly comfortable doing this The hotel assured me this was ok On picking up the car it had damage a scuff to the right passenger side bumper Luckily we saved ourselves a headache by having full insurance with the hire company but I d be cautious of letting them Park my car again

Room was very clean My room had balcony I simply enjoyed

Breakfast variety is not up to the mark

Not in the center but very close to the metro station that goes directly to Duomo

Room was big enough

Staff could be more friendly Building is rather old

Staff was good

Very bad bed and sheets Humming noise in the room all the time
