Room fine Restaurant manager went to great deal of trouble to find us alternative wine we liked

Girl on reception greeting us didn t understand a word she spoke Accent so strong polish Russian Shocked she was given this role Food was below par Dissapointing and tasteless They weren t busy so no excuse Ended up leaving it Wine we chose unavailable Paid a lot of money to stay here for one night expecting decadence and luxury went to bed with hump and hungry

Only 2 staff on reception took 40 minutes wait to check in

Rooms are great and the location perfect for the excel centre really clean and smart hotel

Drinks and food cost was a little steep but not bad for location

Big bedroom with complimentary water and paper cup so that I could make a tea to take with me great idea unbelievable helpful staff at reception Best customer service

I had a large single bed rather than a double or king I booked on booking com because excel Aloft website wouldn t let me book online website kept freezing

The bed was very comfy and the pillows the room was nice and roomy couldn t fault anything

Easy to get to good reception staff breakfast was good choice and quantity quality

Too many people parking in Disabled spaces who should not have been parking there This parking is important for people like my wife who have a blue badge It needs to be enforced more

Guests next door were very noisy during the night we had to ask for help from reception due to the noise
