Hilton London Wembley

Icon bar was really relaxed and just what we were looking for for a pre show drink Location is beyond excellent and the staff were lovely

The breakfast is poor The eggs were packet eggs the bacon very fatty and cheap and it was very disappointing

The bed was very big and very comfy which made the stay comfortable The use of the swimming pool sauna and steam room for free was also very good

The staff at the fitness centre swimming pool part were quite rude I bought a nose clip from there and the woman who served me took my card to use in the machine and tapped it on the card machine thinking it was contactless without asking my permission Then when I left my towel on the table by the swimming pool by accident and let the staff know I said sorry and I said I hope that s not too bad and very rudely a woman replied of course its a problem but I will deal with it So I did not like the attitude of the staff

Staff were very helpful Bar snacks and breakfasts were excellent Discounted car parking very close by and location is great for Wembley stadium Rooms were clean and beds ok although hard for my liking

The only window in our room looked out onto a wall which was very depressing No views at all The one room price was 595 for 3 which was a bit of a rip off The hotel was booked full because of the Billy Joel concert at Wembley and sense they up their prices when big events are next door

Location next to SSE arena brilliant meal at hotel before show and drinks afterwards Breakfast was excellent a really varied selection of things to choose from Meal in restaurant previous evening was also very good

The accessible facilities room only had one small double bed and the hotel unable to make this a twin room whereas all other rooms can be either twin or double This was a problem as twin had been ordered two brothers The bar staff were incredible slow both at around 6pm and then later around 11 15pm Plenty of staff on duty but no organisation by manager and so some of us waited over 10 minutes to be served whereas other people were served much more quickly Even when this was very politely pointed out staff still continued to serve one side of bar and ignored people on other side This was a shame as breakfast staff and restaurant staff were so much better

The room and location

The 35 a head dinner very poor food kept warm for a long time so dried out fish soggy veg and mushey pasta dishes then over charged by 8 00 Not Good

Room looked very clean and was very comfy It s a great location for the SSE Arena

There was a fake eyelash imbedded into one of the towels and I found that no matter how I used the shower it just soaked the floor

Staff were very helpful Room was excellent

Only fault was shower but minor issue

The hotel is close to the Designer Outlets

Terrible customer service in particular the bell boy who was rude The lock in one of our two rooms is spoiled
