Large and fully booked hotel nice helpful staff Value for London hotel money

Gym facilities outdated and need some maintenance Gym staff very helpful

The breakfast and service were excellent

The only complaint we had was the mirror in our room was dusty and full of fingermarks and was never cleaned in the whole of the 3 days we were there

Easy to book good check in and very comfortable room Easy access to arena which was where we were going

Difficult to find entrance when on foot

Close tube station easily accessible Great atmosphere

Booked a queen room but actual room was smaller than anticipated

Asked for a double Got a twin room But the beds were comfy Shower broke when we tried to use it Over all though nice hotel

The bed was the most comfortable I ve ever had

Unfortunately the step into the bathroom caught my wife out and she hurt herself but in fairness there was a warning sign

Decent hotel near outlet shops restaurants and easy access into Central London

Was concerned to find the cleaner had not closed our room door properly after cleaning so the room was insecure for many hours Hotel staff responded appropriately when we reported it All our valuables were in the room safe

The staff were fabulous

Lovely hotel and staff Very comfortable and easy access to everything in the restaurant Plenty of restaurants and shops close by as well We had breakfast included in our booking stay and there was plenty of options to choose from and eat as much as you want 10 parking for our 1 day stay which is excellent considering the other big named hotels charge around 50 60 London designer outlet right next door so good if you fancy doing a bit of shopping I would def recommend this place if your looking for something reasonably priced and comfort Thank you guys at the holiday inn
