The bed was very comfy

The room was very small and very dated the room didn t look like that in the photo on their website And we had a brick wall as the view out the window Room number 906 nightmare getting a lift to the 9th floor too Having to wait ages

Location is almost perfect polite and helpfull staff suitable for one or max two nights stay

Very small room impossible to open window completely dirty window small bathroom why is it 4 hotel quite old equipment

Close to Paddington station 5minits by walk And very close to Hyde Park Convenient location to west end

Lift is not so good old type

Bed comfy very clean

Freezing cold draft through window so was freezing cold all night on us as bed under window very small rooms for price they charge

The hotel is centrally located Lancaster Stn and bus stop is 1 min walk Paddington station is 5 min walk and you have loads of eating joints eng breakfast for as little as 3 5 pounds but tea for 1 60 Will certainly stay here again

For the price the room could have been bigger and more spacious with a view

THE LOCATION AND BREAKFAST WERE EXCELLENT STAFF PLEASANT

THE ROOM SIZES ARE VERY VERY SMALL IT WAS UNCOMFIRTABLE

Bad room window was leaking cold air all night which was the reason i caught cold Toilet is terrible

Shabby room The shower was too hot and it was impossible to adjust the temperature A mere look at the air filter in the bathroom was shocking It was so filthy We arrived close to midnight and asked the hotel staff to provide us with plug adapters so that we would be able to charge our phones They basically sent us off with this request telling that they do not provide this service and recommended to go shopping Luckily we did not take the breakfast option as we would have had experienced a waiting line of about half an hour to get a table Way far from a 4 star quality
