Both mornings the scrambled egg serving dish was empty and no sign of it being topped up so you need to get there early Breakfast was very average

Upon the check in they did not have a family room booked by us despite sending a separate request at booking com Could be booking com messed things up They managed to find one pretty soon but in case there would not be any available our holiday would be messed up since we travelled with 4 and 6 year olds we forgot a small bag with toys in our kid s room While they were really helpful with finding it and organising for it to be sent by post to us we were surprised they charge us extra for the postage At the end of the day I ve stayed at their hotel probably 10 times in last 4 years Similar happened to us in Kempinski in Vilnius in January we forgot some books They sent them free of charge to Slovenia
