The hotel is located in the picturesque city of Primorsko, a quiet and beautiful area, only 1.5 km from the city centre and 7 km from the town of Kiten. The beach is about 2 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The modern style aparthotel was built in 2008 and has 7 floors. It comprises 30 suites, 30 apartments and 4 studios. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include a currency exchange and lift access. There is also a hairdressing salon and younger guests can let off steam in the children's playground and kids' club. Guests can enjoy a drink in the caf. There is also Internet access and a laundry service. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the hotel's car park. Bicycles are available for hire.
