In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2.2% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.
A 30% deposit will be taken off your credit card at the time of booking. The balance and bond is due 30 days prior to arrival. The property will send you a booking slip and accompanying terms of stay document. This must be completed and returned at least 30 days prior to your check in along with a copy of your drivers license. If you book within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required upon booking.
