Our clients have the security that they are contacting an agency from Sitges that from 1958 has worked for thousands of clients from all over the world. Usually the check-in is done at our office and the check out at the apartment, but we are always adapting to our clients needs. It is very important that our clients inform us regarding their arrival time at Sitges with some time in advance. The check in and the check out for the apartment takes place at our office in 16 San Pedro, where we will also sign the contract and pass the keys for the apartment In accordance with the Law of the Civil Security you will have to provide a copy of all the passports/ID`s of the persons that will stay in the apartment. If you can`t provide them, we can make a copy at the office. The security deposit will be restored in maximum 48 hours after you will leave the apartment, once the apartment has been checked.
