A few meters, only 40, from the long and well-known sandy beach of Biodola, on the northern side of Elba, a 10-minute drive from the lively centre of Portoferraio, we have an apartment in a small complex of houses. The apartment, about 40 sqm. is located on the ground floor with access from only covered veranda where there are the kitchenette and the dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with four burners gas range and fridge with freezer. Inside, the apartment consists of living room with a double sofa bed, wardrobe, bedroom with double bed, two small baths with shower. Modern style dcor and comfortable. Small washing machine. TV. Private parking (not suitable for very high car). Please inform Appartamento A due passi dal mare in advance of your expected arrival time.
