The property offers over 3000 square meters of panoramic garden and olive grove with salt water infinity pool, free bike rental and wifi. All apartments include garden view, independent entrances, complete linen, on-site parking and air conditioning, the breakfast is optional and on request. With simplicity we have created a cozy and exclusive, intimate and familiar environment that welcomes a maximum of 10 guests, where you can find a feeling of tranquility and freedom. A small place in the Tuscan countryside where you can find the pleasure of walking barefoot, having breakfast in pajamas, preparing a barbecue in the garden just like at home.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Final cleaning and a first set of bath towels and bed linen are included.
