Romford Mainline Station is a 10-minute walk from Montrose Guest House and it is possible to get to London in less than 30 minutes if you catch the fast service during peak travel times. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Montrose Guest House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on first-come, first-served basis.
Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival on the day of travel. Guests arriving after the check-in time must contact the hotel to arrange this in advance.

Montrose Guest House will not accept bookings made using third party credit or, debit card details unless the correct name and card registration address are also provided when the reservation is made.
Guests 17 years and younger can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A security deposit of GBP 150 may be required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
